Sato Elementary School hasn't added a story.
Every day at Sato Elementary School you will see students engaged in all aspects of STEAM learning and aspiring to a broader purpose. Our STEAM Night showcases students’ rich and inspiring work, along with giving families an opportunity to explore STEAM activities together!
Our STEAM Night evening builds on our students to be problem solvers, who utilize critical thinking skills while developing and applying science, technology, engineering, art, and math concepts. As students participate in the activities and share classroom projects, they see themselves succeeding and can make explicit connections to future careers involving STEAM.
Having this annual event for students and families to explore activities in the fields of science, technology, engineering, art, and math, creates a STEAM community and culture!
We are looking to fund materials for over 20 hands-on centers ranging from:
- Science Investigations
- Engineering & Structural Design
- Robotics
- Programming & Coding
- Electricity & Circuitry
- Applied Art
Our goal is to provide a hands-on and engaging night of STEAM learning for our school community as well as help connect our community and school partners with our STEAM vision.
Your generous donations will allow us to purchase all of the many consumables and pay for outside agencies to bring enriching experiences that will make this event a spark of innovation for our school community.
We will be purchasing:
LED Lights | $32.00 |
Lithium Batteries (550) | $184.00 |
Tape | $37.00 |
Tin foil | $20.00 |
Beads | $16.00 |
