World Housing is proud to connect our entire donor family this holiday season to build another amazing community that will provide safe housing for women and girls facing homelessness and abuse.

This year World Housing's holiday fundraising goal is to raise the necessary funds to complete the construction of a Safe House in Zambia, Africa. 

This new facility will help build better futures for the most vulnerable women and girls by empowering them to transform their lives. The escape from homelessness will help women break free from the devastating cycles of addiction, poverty and the sex trade. 

This amazing supportive housing project includes:

• 30 homes in a fully supportive community
• teacher's housing for 3 families who will become teachers & mentors for the girls
• rooms specifically designed for young women to be safe while they attend school

This 'safe house' provide the opportunity for young women to live together, while attending school giving them the opportunity to further their education and gain scholarships to university. 

Safe housing launches the road to self-sufficiency, changing the trajectory of the future of these young girls & women. The World Housing Safe House is slated for construction in spring 2023.
