PARTICIPATION, LIABILITY RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

I, do hereby make the following statements and promises in consideration of Friends Forever International (FFI) granting me the right to participate in Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ:

1. I am of legal drinking age in the country of event, am in good health, and I am aware of no special problems associated with my health and/or physical condition that would restrict my participation in Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ.
2. I have read this document carefully and understand that it includes a release of liability and waiver of legal rights, and deprives me of the ability to sue certain parties. I also understand and agree that Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ carries certain inherent dangers and risks which may or may not be readily foreseeable, including without limitation personal injury, property damage or death. I understand that my ability to participate in Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ is subject to my agreement to the terms of this Agreement. I agree and understand that I assume all risk of participation in Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ by signing this Agreement. I further agree, therefore, on behalf of myself, my family, representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, to fully and forever release, waive and discharge FFI, its affiliated agencies, all Event sponsors, and as applicable, each of the forgoing entities’ directors, employees, officers, shareholders, members, representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, and anyone in any way associated or affiliated with Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, suits, proceedings, demands, losses, and/or damages of any nature, including without limitation all claims regarding property damage, property loss, personal injury or death, howsoever caused or otherwise in connection with Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ. I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ understanding the risks associated therewith, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable (including without limitation risks arising from weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, etc). and further understand that the risks may be caused in whole or part by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ, or the negligence of the Releasees. Further, I hereby assume all risks of loss, damage, injury or death, contracting COVID-19 directly or indirectly, that may be sustained while participating in Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees from any and all liability, claims, suits, proceedings, demands, losses, and/or damages of any nature, including without limitation all claims regarding property damage, property loss, personal injury or death, resulting in any way, or in any manner connected with, Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ.
3. Should I attended an FFI Pints for Peace event- virtual, in-person, sanctioned, or unsanctioned, I further agree, therefore, on behalf of myself, my family, representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, to fully and forever release, waive and discharge FFI, its affiliated agencies, all event sponsors, and as applicable, each of the forgoing entities’ directors, employees, officers, shareholders, members, representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, and anyone in any way associated or affiliated with Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, suits, proceedings, demands, losses, and/or damages of any nature, including without limitation all claims regarding property damage, property loss, personal injury or death, contracting COVID-19 directly or indirectly, howsoever caused or otherwise in connection with a Pints for Peace event.
4. I hereby (1) authorize a licensed physician and/or other medical care provider such as an Emergency Medical Technician to carry out any emergency medical care; (2) authorize any Releasee and/or their authorized personnel to call for medical care for me or to transport me to a medical facility or hospital if, in the opinion of such personnel, medical attention is needed, (3) agree that upon receipt of care by such medical professionals and/or transport to any such medical facility or hospital that the Releasees shall have no further responsibility for me, (4) agree to pay all costs associated with the medical care and related transportation provided to me; and (5) shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability and/or claims associated with such medical care and/or related transportation.
5. I understand and agree that Pints for Peaceᵗᵐ may be conducted, cancelled or postponed by FFI (or its agents) at any time in FFI’s sole discretion. Further, I understand that my participation in Pints for Peace is subject to my full compliance with all rules and regulations set forth for Pints for Peace (the “Rules”), and hereby acknowledge that those Rules have been distributed to me and that I have completely read and understand them. I further understand and agree that any determination by FFI, in FFI’s sole discretion, that I have violated the Rules shall deny me the ability to participate or to continue to participate in Pints for Peace. In Pints for Peace of a cancellation, postponement, or disqualification, I understand that my entry fees or collected donations shall not be returned.
6. In addition to the above, I also grant full permission to FFI to store, use, license and reproduce my name, likeness, voice, image, motion pictures, recordings or photograph of me, in any media or in any manner, including any electronic media, for any legitimate commercial or business purposes, including advertising purposes, without compensation. I further agree that FFI may contact me regarding its programs, services, and other events.
7. I understand that FFI will not obtain insurance on my behalf, and that I must obtain my own insurance, should I desire it.
