Unique Get Together's 2021 Walk for Trauma is for everyone!
All ages and all abilities are welcome.
Join the walk by walking, cycling or by wheelchair in your
neighborhood, we want to see you out there!
We challenge our friends, families and colleagues to join
us as we race 50kms in 10 days!
On June 11th, 2021, our lead director and CEO, Debra Abraham and
team invite you to participate in our 50km Challenge! We are walking
for trauma. The task is simple - Walk 50kms in 10
days! That's just 5kms everyday from June 11th to the 21st.
This event is entirely virtual where you will walk from the iconic
White Rock Pier to beautiful Belcarra Park from the comfort of your
own home, treadmill, or neighborhood.

Your participation will help us with o
ur goal to raise awareness about how to treat trauma. The funds
raised by the event will go towards supporting children and families
who have and are going through trauma; some due to the recent
pandemic of Covid-19, giving them access to the therapy and
resources so desperately needed. These include the recreational
programs and the community services that UGTS provides.
