Victoria is a dedicated employee at Lifestyle Resort, currently working at the Terrace. She’s a single mother raising her baby entirely on her own. With no family support—no parents, no siblings—she faces every challenge alone, balancing work and motherhood with quiet strength.

Despite her circumstances, Victoria shows up every day with determination and grace. Several kind-hearted people have asked if the Dominican Starfish Foundation could help her build a home—a safe, stable place where she and her baby can thrive.

My name is Victoria, and I’m asking for your help—not just to survive, but to build a future.

I live in a small, rented space in the Dominican Republic with my baby. It’s the only shelter we have, but the rent has just gone up beyond what I can afford. I work hard to support us, but I also have to pay for babysitting so I can go to work. I’m doing this alone. I have no parents, no family to help me care for my child or share the burden.

That’s why I’m asking for something bigger: the chance to build a small, safe home of our own. A place where my baby can grow up without fear of eviction. A place where we can plant roots and dream beyond survival.
