Ongoing support for IPSO's activities

In these times of emergency and uncertainty, let's not forget those who needed our help before Covid-19. They need it now more than ever.

This pandemic has left isolated communities even more isolated, as most of the world's efforts are rightly focussed on bringing the pandemic to an end.

However, people in need don't simply go on stand-by. And if we cut even the few channels that provided them with support in the previous years, their risk of slipping down the spiral again increases by the day.

We at IPSO believe in continuous collaboration and training. Just like a child needs years of continuous education possibly without blank periods in-between, so do communities learning to survive by themselves.

The ultimate goal is to give them the knowledge and tools to first discover their own riches, and then to use them wisely.

As with the education of a growing human being, continuity is the key to success.

Similarly, a continued commitment is less costly and less demanding, both for the sponsoring parties and for the recipient communities, and it has fewer risks of failing.

We therefore ask your contribution in order to allow us to provide continuous, sustainable support to the communities we help, so that they may become self-sufficient as soon as possible, thus able to help other communities around them.

One-way development never worked and never will. Let us help these communities build their own future, and find their own place in the world we all live in.
