The Spina Bifida Association of Central Florida (SBACFL)  is an affiliated chapter of the national Spina Bifida Association.  We are fueled by dedicated health care providers, parents, adults, caregivers, and others, who are committed to helping people live longer, healthier lives.

The Spina Bifida Association of Central Florida (SBACFL) was founded in 1975 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization to provide support, information, education, recreation, and advocacy for individuals with Spina Bifida and their families.

SBACFL has undergone many changes since 1975 and continues to strive to meet the needs of its members in an ever-changing society. SBACFL is supported by special event fundraising and contributions from organizations and the general public
