SOUL FUEL  is a Fitness, Pilates and Yoga studio. We welcome you  As You Are to  Move Into Your Power.

SOUL FUEL focuses on building physical and mental  STRENGTH; leading to personal and collective  EMPOWERMENT; while tapping into the  JOY of movement. We do this together, in-studio and online.

SOUL FUEL has a Group Class Studio for  Weight Lifting, Yoga, HIIT, Mat Pilates, Barre, Circuit Training, Dance Fit and more. Upstairs we have a  Pilates Reformer Studio  with 8 machines for Small Group Classes. We also have 2 additional Personal Training  rooms for private 1:1 training. And finally, for a full holistic experience, we have our Outdoor Studio Deck for training, alongside our  Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge Pool. 

SOUL FUEL promises you an exceptional movement experience  with passionate experts who will welcome you to our vibrant, inclusive and inspiring community.

St. Joseph’s Health Centre Toronto births our children, cares for us in health crises, saves the lives of our loved ones. Local hospitals need our support more than ever, so let’s gather to DANCE FOR ST. JOE’S.
