Jewish Family & Children’s Service is a nonprofit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to strengthening the community through quality behavioral health and social services to children, families and adults. The  Real World Job Development Program  provides extensive support to some of the most vulnerable in our community -  foster teens that are aging out of the foster care system   and teens with behavioral health challenges. Program staff are committed to building work readiness and academic skills while providing a safe, secure and caring environment. This program was started in 2006, and over the last 13 years we have helped countless teens between the ages of 16 and 24 learn how to apply their knowledge and skills to find gainful employment.
