- Imagine a groundswell of people standing together moving mountains for justice.-

Freedom 8484 was formed by 4 men who came together after being inspired by a weekend adventure in the Rocky Mountains. After the 72 hour, 4th Musketeer, XCC- Extreme Character Challenge there was a brewing in their hearts to stand up and fight the giant of an injustice of sex trafficking.

Standing at the base of Everest it seems insurmountable, too big to conquer, but the reality is, it isn't. The first step is to decide to pack a bag and move towards it.

The idea was born to summit Everest here in the Alberta Rocky Mountains by creating the Everest Freedom Challenge.  8848 is the elevation in meters of Mt. Everest and that is what participants conquer over the span of three days. 9 mountains in 3 days!! This all to attract and encourage people to come and join the fight. 

The Freedom 8848 leadership team carefully chose worthy partners to direct fundraised dollars to.  International Justice Mission (IJM) - Rescue, and Her Victory - Restoration.
