Helping our community get to the next level of crowdfunding success

Everyone is talking about $40,000 Potato Salad Kickstarter this week. A Columbus man, Zack “Danger” Brown who started it, just wanted to raise $10 to make a potato salad. But with a huge success and support from people Zack broke the $40,000 mark. Now he has to decide what to do with all of the money. Zack wants to throw a potato salad party for the whole Internet, make a thank you video for all supporters and live-stream his potato-salad cooking process.

Arguably money well spent…. But we wonder how many lives could have been changed while Kickstarter was raising money for the guy’s lunch.

Let’s take a look at campaigns that have raised over $40,000 on FundRazr.
