The volunteer teachers from the International Language Program have lived in and loved the community of Javillar in the Dominican Republic. They have grown to love the people there.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused havoc around the world.  The Dominican has shut its borders and closed all businesses until May 31.  There are so many with nothing to eat.

Jensen Emery a former ILP teacher is working with Dominican Starfish Foundation to raise money for food packs for the people in the impoverished community of Javillar.

We have given food packs before to those in quiet desperation.  Now the situation is critical.

Children are hungry.  Babies have no milk.

A $20 food pack will feed a family for 10 days.  Please help if you can.  Charitable tax receipts will be issued.  You can fill empty tummies and bring a smile to faces.  THANK YOU FOR CHANGING LIVES.
