Every $5.00 counts

Everyone is Aware that Edwin Jay Grauke aka Big Sexy was in Pennsylvania working when he was not feeling well and took off work to drive himself to the hospital. When arriving at Sharon Pa hospital they tested for the Flu A & B and informed him that was negative but was doing a chest X-ray which confirmed he had pneumonia in both lungs. Jay was put on a breathing treatment with oxygen. This happened Saturday evening. Sunday morning Jay was put on very strong antibiotics and something to help relax the lungs which made him sleep. His wife Felicia was at home with there two children in Texas and when she tried to contact Jay he acted as if he was out of it and coming and going due to the medicine. After the last time Jays sister Lisa called and spoke to the nurse to find out more information so her and Felicia could talk. Meanwhile the nurse went into the room and was checking Jay oxygen level and when the oxygen was removed the o2 stats went to an 81 and they decided to take Jay to ICU. When Jay got to Icu they put him on a Cpack which did not seem to work. They then tried the Bipack and that too was not helping. Sunday evening he was still able to talk to us in Icu and communicate. Monday morning his sister Lisa spoke with Felicia and we were communicating. Lisa text Jay and said U ok? He text back there putting me on Life Support.Im Scared. I love you..Call Felicia His sister called him and Jay informed her messages to give to his family and each person and she told him to Fight like never before-said I love you and she called Felicia- Like Felicia Grauke My husband has been in the hospital since 12/21 with double pneumonia. Monday was a very stressful day trying to make the 17 hr drive( from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania). His condition kept declining. Things kept changing my heart would pound everytime I would called it seemed it was another bump in the road. At about 6 12/23 lift flight agreed to fly got to allegany general hospitial were they have him stable on a vent ecmo ( as the call it an artificial lung) and a dialysis machine. He condition is stable and as of about 330pm dr said he had tested positive for flu type A aka H1N1. He is very critical and needs prayer. Thanks Like · Delete · Dec 24, 2013
