The Company of Dogs are a dog rescue based in Jersey (UK) and we rescue dogs from kill stations and also take dogs from rescues in Spain. These dogs are assessed, blood tested and prepared for adoption whilst in Spain. They are then adopted back in the Channel Islands, the UK or into Europe. Most of the dogs are perfectly good family dogs that have run out of options and a future.

We do and can help them, however one of our biggest problems is transporting the dogs from where they start back to our kennels where they are kept before their long journey to their forever home. Currently we pay companies to do this and sometimes a dog may travel 700 km just to get to the traces centre and Kennel.

We would like to have our own van based in Spain to take much of the pain and extra  and unseen expense. We can lose several hundred pounds, sometimes thousands per group of dogs just simply moving them around and we never recover those costs. So this is where ask you very lovely people to help us.

The van needs to have crates and air-conditioning and it needs to hold any breed from a Chihuhua to a Mastin Espanol. It will be kept and run in Spain and it will be an intrinsic part of saving the lives of the many dogs we hope to home in the future and a nod to the hundreds we have homed in the past.  So we are asking for you to donate and just as importantly, share this campaign far and wide, we know you love dogs and all dogs love people, so please help us to help dogs find their people and for those people to find their dog. Its a friends thing - Bringing dogs and people together.

Please Donate and share like mad - Thank you so Much.
