I, Thomas Burchetta Pastor and Founder of The Crazy Healthy Church http://crazyhealthychurch.com am seeking to raise funds for the Legal Repesentaion, Court and Record Acquisition Fees to prosecute POM Wonderful for fraudently using trademark,. In October of 2001, I was working at my warehouse with my son, Eddie. I was roughly 20 feet in the air on an extension ladder when the feet of lader sliped out from under me I fell to the ground.Resulting from the fall was a broken  back in 3 places  a neurologist that seen me a week after fall told me that I would be in a wheelchair within the year. I refused to except that,From a young age I was very holistically minded which I learned from my native american grandmother. I refused surgery and pain management drugs and instead developed a drink that I have trademarked “Crazy Healthy Eight” that  reverse the damage done to my back. I am a active healthy 51 yr old that has no limitaition of range of motion. I am sharing my Crazy Healthy 8 drink and story in hopes to help others decrease pain and inflammation in their bodies, flush toxins out of system as well as stimulate pituitary and adrenal glands to produce human growth hormone naturally knowing that was the only way to repair myself. . I have seen firsthand the benefits this drink provides and I am extremely passionate about spreading the word of being Crazy Healthy and Holistic Healing to all that are open to listen.

Unfortunately, the company known as POM Wonderful has been illegally using the name “Crazy Healthy” for quite some time now. I filed for the Crazy Healthy name and trademark on Sep. 20, 2013, POM Wonderful did not file until Nov. 19th 2014. Being that they are a million dollar corporation it has been difficult for me to find the funds to go up against POM for the wrong they have done. The legality issues have been hindering me and my Crazy Healthy Church! Crazy Healthy Church is a non-denominational belief system that doesn’t require you to denounce your current religion. We simply believe that your body is a temple that should be cared for with proper nourishment and physical exercise.  where we welcome those of any race or religion openly as long as they are open to learning about their health journey.
