I started this campaign because I've been suffering from a chronic gastrointestinal disorder. During my first year of marriage, my wife and I experienced a lot of financial difficulties, and our diet was very poor as a result. In addition to this, I suffered through a period of depression and anxiety, and the stress took a toll on my body and my gastrointestinal system. I struggled to regulate my system, and I was often too anxious to leave my home because I always felt like I needed to be near a bathroom.

Over the past two years, the Lord has been faithful to my wife and I, and we are slowly making our way towards financial freedom. We’re close to being 100% debt-free (praise God!), but trying to solve my medical issues has made things difficult. Doctors haven’t been much help, and the specialists that I have seen have only been able to rule out diseases like Celiac’s disease, Chron’s, and Ulcerative Colitis. My current gastroenterologist has stated that I likely have IBS, but since my symptoms are subclinical, he didn’t offer much help.

Through my own tireless research and studying, I have been able to improve my condition with diet changes, supplementation with specialized probiotics, and stress-reduction techniques. Although I have made progress, I still know that my body is not fully functioning properly, and I am unable to process certain nutrients correctly. This process has been very frustrating for me and my wife, as I feel that I have been unable to get any answers as to how to best help my condition. I have decided to seek the help of a qualified naturopathic doctor, as I feel that this type of medicine would be the best way to ease my symptoms and get to the root of the problem.

After much prayer, I was able to find this crowdfunding website for individuals seeking naturopathic treatment for a variety of illnesses. My wife and I are both full-time students with full-time jobs, and we are unable to afford naturopathic services on our own. I am hosting this crowdfunding campaign for anyone who feels led to help me in my journey. I just want to be back to my old self again, without having these physically distressing symptoms hindering me each day. Any donation amount can help!
