Harriet is an orphan living with a Christian family in Uganda.  She is the half-sister of 25-year old Saul Walugembe, who is himself an orphan.  Saul is responsible for her medical costs.

Harriet was sick with Malaria, Typhoid and severe diarrhea and Saul took her to St. Kizito Health Center.

My name is Lawrence Gingery.  Saul is my friend and a farmer in Uganda, who is trying to establish his financial independence and I have helped him in the past with his fundraising for his farm.

Saul and I have been friends for 3 years and I trust this Christian man and his good heart to help his half-sister.

If the debt for the Health Center is not paid quickly, Saul may be taken to a workplace (like the debtor’s prison described in Matthew 5:23-25), to work off this debt by hard labor.

To pay this urgent debt, I have started this fundraiser to raise the needed amount of $173.00 as quickly as possible to avoid jail, court and a likely sentence to prison to work off this debt to the Health Center.

Please pray for this urgent need and pray for Harriet’s complete recovery.  8 to 10 people giving $20 to $25 could cover this need.  Please consider how you can help!

Thank you and God bless you!

Lawrence Gingery
