Justin Chase hasn't added a story.
My name is Justin and I am the father of two beautiful girls, Ravyn and Brenna. I am in the midst of a very long custody battle with my ex-wife, Lisa. I've created this page as a way to hopefully get assistance for my legal fees and make everyone aware of my situation.
I filed for divorce in 2009 and ever since, Lisa has done everything in her power to keep me from seeing my children. When Lisa remarried in 2012, after a month of dating, she converted to the Muslim religion. When her teenage son, Tyler (my stepson), refused to convert, Lisa abandoned him to CPS custody. Lisa has since been declared an unfit mother by the state, in regards to Tyler. She refuses to let Tyler see his little sisters. I maintain a relationship with Tyler, though he is still in a group home for children who are wards of the state.
It's been two years since I have seen my daughter Ravyn and one year since I have seen Brenna. When Lisa remarried, she and her new husband set about to alienate my children from me. According to Tyler, my daughters would be rewarded by their mother whenever they refused to visit with me. Tyler also says that when he was in the house, Lisa would tell the girls that I was ruining their lives. He also says that Brenna was punished harshly when she told a court appointed psychologist that she loves me and enjoys spending time with me. My daughters, who once looked forward to spending the weekends with me and who would beg to stay one more night, now refuse to see me.
One thing that troubles me deeply is Lisa's new husband. He goes by Hazem, but has had his name changed several times since moving to America. His real name and date of birth are unknown. Hazem is from Iraq and is currently on a terrorist watch-list. He has recently been found guilty of felony stalking charge, where he stalked a woman and repeatedly made threats against her life and the life of her family. Before my daughters were ripped from my life, they had confided in me that Lisa and Hazem were making plans to move back to Iraq. Tyler confirms that this was something they discussed at length. Having been married to Lisa for ten years, I believe that this is something she would do to keep me from my daughters. In the last year and a half, Lisa has obtained a passport and acquired Italian citizenship. She moved over a hundred miles away against court order and without my knowledge or consent.
This legal battle is draining me emotionally and financially. I am in the fight of my life, and nothing will make me back down. I love my daughters and my heart breaks a little more with each passing day without them in my life.
