Help Yearbook students capture Westview Wildcats' inclusiveness and diversity with updated tools to highlight representation and create a professional looking yearbook. Professional cameras, lenses and technology are more important than ever. With more cameras, there are more photos; with more photos, there is a better chance for true representation of the student body.
Updated tools will help students learn valuable and relevant lessons from a high-quality, rigorous and professional class designed to promote creativity, innovation, leadership and life skills along with current focus on inclusiveness and diversity.
As a new Yearbook Advisor, I’m lucky to have a motivated and
hard-working staff, but with only three obsolete cameras and limited
technology, it’s challenging to create a professional looking
Yearbook. The impact of COVID on sales has put us behind the eight
ball when it comes to purchasing any equipment, yet the time could not
be more critical.
We are in serious need of at least 2 cameras to capture this
year's memories. If possible, we'd like to try for 3!

Founded in 1988, the Beaverton Education Foundation raises money to provide hands-on innovative academic enrichment and advancement programs & projects that go beyond normal school funding at all Beaverton public schools and is a 501(c)(3) community-based nonprofit organization. BEF mobilizes community resources to fund innovative classroom, summer and after-school programs.
In the event that this project does not reach its goal, BEF may apply the funds received to another project in need.
