Hello, my name is Terah Thomas and I am the Founder of Live in Love Community Service. We have an adult group home for developmental disabilities and we also have our Annual Scholarship for high school moms to further their education.
As a single mom of three, I truly understand the challenges and support needed during motherhood and beyond. We began to Annual Live in Love Scholarship to motivate, equip, and inspire young moms to reach their fullest potential and meet their goals.
The Annual Live in Love Scholarship is an initiative to change the narrative of teen pregnancy. We want to push young ladies to continue to reach their goals and make good choices while providing mommy mentorship and workshops for pregnancy prevention.
We've been doing the Annual Live in Love Scholarship since 2016 under Live in Love Community Service LLC. Now, we've formed our non-profit, The Live in Love Foundation to enhance our resources and ability to accept donations, sponsorships, grants, etc. for the ultimate cause of helping individuals reach their goals.
Our goal is to raise $3000 for three scholarships of $1000 for high school graduating moms in the Hampton Roads area.
We are asking for your help by donating towards the Annual Live in Love Scholarship. Donation receipts are given upon requests. We will keep you up to date on the progress of the campaign and ask for your to subscribe to get updates directly to your email.
We also need your help by sharing the campaign on your social media pages and with your friends. I'm sure we all know someone who was a teen mom and this scholarship is to motivate teen moms to continue to get their education, make good choices, and reach their goals.
Let my story be an example: I'm a single mother of three, domestic violence survivor, and Executive Director of Live in Love Community Service. I'm a full-time entrepreneur determined to beat the odds.
