At 15 years old, Julian Garfield has the amazing opportunity to drive with a team in the "Charge of the Headlight Brigade" 13 hour endurance race at Virginia International Raceway on October 26-27th.

Starting to race Sports Cars at 13 years of age, Julian impressed the other drivers at the track while finishing two seasons in a row as the Championship Runner Up in both NASA and SCCA SSM classes, with as many as 70 competitors vying for the Championship.

Because of his impressive performance, he will be competing alongside Pirelli World Challenge driver, Tristan Herbert, along with others to strive for the overall win in this well known 13 hour endurance race at the famous VIR (Virginia International Raceway) track.

In order to participate, Julian is looking for monetary assitance to fund this great opportunity.  Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated. For those of you interested in partnerships, a donation of $500 or more will provide you with advertising space on the car, which will be receiving a lot of attention online as well as at the event for reasons of ingenuity and technology.  This is the first VW privateer Diesel program that has ever run in an endurance race and they're working on streaming live in-car video to the internet.
