"A Christmas tradition here is to eat apples, but because of the cost our families usually can't take part in this tasty treat. I remember last year when we delivered food packs the kids would scream with joy when they saw the apples " Christmas is here" one little boy said. A volunteer was with me and it made a lasting impression on her. No fancy gadgets, toys or anything name brand, but just some tasty red apples made the kids feel included in the Christmas traditions and festivities.

We would also love to get funds for three cases of apples (each case is $55 and has 80 apples) which will be distributed to our students at their Christmas party on Friday. We also want some extras for our older students to give to people in need in the community (some elderly people and sick people)."

As you prepare for your Christmas feasts, please help at least one family with a $40 food pack.  We need 100 to feed all of the families with children in the school!!
