Ariel is the perfect sized little girl to go anywhere with her people! She weighs only 20lbs, and is such a sweet little lady. Unfortunately, she was dumped at Monroe County Animal Control, along with her brother and sister. Though the shelter is trying very hard to ensure her safety, they simply do not have enough space to keep every dog there until they find rescue or are adopted. That said, Ariel's last day on earth will be March 3rd unless she has rescue commitment. Rescue groups can only pull dogs if they have enough money to vet, board and transport them... and those costs can add up quickly! We have found that raising money for dogs ahead of time will almost always entice a rescue group to step forward and commit to pulling.
