Help Marie give her Stroke the middle finger.
We want to raise £750 to buy her a SAEBOFLEX aka Terminator Arm!
Hasta la vista Stroke.

On the 13th of September 2013 our dear friend Marie had a stroke. After a week in intensive care at the National Hospital For Neurology and Neurosurgery in London, Marie was moved up to Kings Lynn Hospital. Once discharged from there she moved back home to be looked after by her incredible parents Oonagh and Pete.

Before the stroke, Marie lived a full life and had just started her dream job. That night, everything changed. Marie completely lost all feeling in her left arm and hand. Her brain swelled so severly it has left her very tired, extremely sensitive to light and sound and unable to do everything that she used to. But things are looking up, Marie is going back to work part time this month, a huge achievement after the year she's had. A year of hard work and extensive physio has meant she can now move her arm, though is still unable to move all of her fingers.

So this is the bit where you guys come in. We would love you to help Marie give her stroke the middle finger!

We need to raise £750 to buy a SAEBOFLEX, a really cool mechanical glove that will teach Marie's brain to use her hand again. It's the next step in her rehabilitation that will help her massively to recover. It's also going to be an awesome Terminator costume in time for Halloween.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated no matter how small.

Thank you so so much.

Big love
