The first time I saw a mans chest on t.v. I thought that's what I want my chest to look like when I grow up. Little did I know that this was not the case... As I grew, so did my chest, not big but it was enough that my ideal chest would never happen. So I've lived 36 years in a female body and now I need to make a change. I wish I had the knowledge I have now back then, my life would have been different, but I would not be who I am today, and so I have no regrets It's just time to be who I want to be. I have struggled for most of my life, but now I have the power to be who I want to be. With your help we can all make this possible for me. At this point in my life chest surgery would lift my spirits higher then they have ever been before. For this would mean no more slouching, no more having to wear cloths that are two times to big for me and being able to live the life I have always dreamed about:) My family and friends support me 100% and I am greatful for each and every one of them. This fundraiser is only the begining of many fundraisers my family and I will be putting together. My wife and I will working hard on my transition and all the fundraisers we are both 110% dedicated to this cause, and in the end my quality of life will be 100% happier and fuller.

I found out recently that my hysterectomy and my top surgery are both covered by MSP, this was wonderful and uplifting news to me. So I have changed my fundraiser to reflect this because I no longer need as much money as I had thought instead I am only thinking about my recovery and the time I will be off work and supporting my family of 4 while I recuperate. So with the money I save and the money raised I will feel safe and secure about heading in to my new future.

I thank you all so much for your contributions

With love Jase
