I am raising money for my trip to attend the World Scout Jamboree in Japan 2015. I need to raise £3,200. Part of this participant fee also goes towards helping young people from countries in the developing world get to the Jamboree too. So by donating money, you are also helping those who are less privilaged than us.

Any donation, no matter how small will be greatley appreciated.

What is a World Scout Jamboree?

'The Scout Association is the World’s largest youth movement promoting the development of young people to reach their own potential by providing an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training.

 

Every four years the Scout Association holds a World Jamboree, this is an event where members of the movement from all over the world live, work and play together for ten days. The last Jamboree was held in Sweden where over 30,000 scouts from 160 Countries came together.'
