LiL' Boy is a 7 month old dachshund who was diagnosed with pulmonary stenosis, but he doesn't let that get in the way. He stole his rescuer's heart and now she is trying to fix his! More ...
LiL' Boy is a 7 month old dachshund who was given up by his previous owners at three months old because he was "losing hair". The day he was scheduled to be euthanized, APAWS pulled him. LiL boy was then brought to the vet where he was diagnosed with demodex mange and pulmonary stenosis. Because his diagnosis is so severe, he was only given a short time to live. It was said that at any time he could pass away suddenly. Well, when one vet tech heard those words, she couldn't stand the thought of him passing away all alone in a kennel so she brought him home that night and needless to say, he never left her house. Now, three months later you would never know anything was wrong with him. He lives everyday to the fullest, and is spoiled with treats, toys, a dachshund sister, and a family who loves him unconditionally. Unfortunately, in order to prolong his life he needs to have surgery. If you could please just spare 1$ or whatever you have it would be greatly appreciated. If you can't donate then please share! Every bit counts!
