Update on Maggie. She is still recuperating from her first surgery at Knowles. She is expected to have a second surgery this week as her remaining back leg is dislocated. Thanks again for all the support!
Miss Maggie Woods was found in a shopping cart outside of a Publix. Her condition was shocking, her leg bare to the bone. Lucky for her it was a couple of Station 34 Firefighters who happened to spot Maggie in need.
Maggie was carried back to Station 34 where Firefighters began networking to save her life. She went to an ER vet and had her leg amputated. Help us reward these heroes by covering all of her medical expenses. Donation can also be sent via the mail to:
