Help me fund my teaching project with Volunteer Uganda, and help make good education a reality for some of the most economically deprived children in the world. VU is a unique non profit organisation dedicated to tackling poverty in the rural Bwindi ...
I'll be travelling out to Uganda in August to work on the Limited Resources Teacher Training Programme. We will be running workshops to train up to 400 local teachers. With some class sizes over 50 students, we will be impacting on the lessons and lives of more than 20,000 local children.

All money raised goes towards the running of the programme, including providing expenses for the Ugandan teachers, allowing teachers from all over the country to travel to the workshops.

Over three days at Easter I'll be cycling from Sheffield to Brighton with my good friend Nick (who's mainly been invited to carry all my stuff and drag me kicking and screaming up the slightest of hills). When factoring in detours for pubs and getting lost, the trip is about 300 miles, so any donations will be gratefully received and help motivate me to keep turning the pedals!

Please give generously - thank you very much! x
