Say "Hello" to Nicole future "Miss Teen San Antonio Contestant"! Nicole, already selected by a strict interview process, but she needs your help!
Nicole is an avid soccer player at her local high school and during the summer she volunteered with community non-profit organization that was teaching a summer long course of pre-adolescents about confidence, self worth, clothing, makeup, and modeling. Nicole loves children and she saw this as an opportunity to learn about modeling and gain skills for herself in a hands on setting while assisting in the teaching of others as a role model. At the end of the summer Nicole got to participate in helping the community center put on a real beauty pageant for the girls.
Nicole is new to San Antonio and Texas and enjoys making new friends, roller derby, Young Life and youth group. Nicole is also a very talented graphic design artist and plans to pursue that in the future as a career choice.
Nicole's parent's see this event as a huge opportunity for Nicole, because over the last year Nicole has grown in so many ways she has overcome challenges that were leading her down an entirely different path and Nicole was to determined to change her destiny and become who Christ has called her to be and someone out there recognized the inner and outer beauty of Nicole and set her up for this by nominating her. This pageant is the perfect opportunity for Nicole to signify herself as the new creations she truly is. What a great opportunity for her!
Nicole's family needs your to partner with them by donating as Nicole's sponsor to send her to competition. This was not a planned event by Nicole's family as they were struck by surprise as Nicole received the invitation to apply only a week ago and several days later received a notification that she was selected to compete. The timing of this event is stressful with the recent move, but thankfully the contestants are required to find sponsors who believe in their ability to succeed in order to fund their position and what great "confidence boost" they believe that will give Nicole as she goes forward competing in the competition. They also believe this will help Nicole build skills she will need for her future that she will be able to use in everyday life.
Nicole is required to come up with $625 in sponsors and anything raised above that will go to purchase the outfits needed for competition and the funds needed to compete nationally should she win at the state level, which we believe she will.
We are really impressed with the set up and layout of this pageant the Pageant Coordinator, Patty believes in teens and sees them no matter where they have been with the ability to succeed. A core part of the competition is personality and a interview with a panel of judges. The coordinator lives in Georgia and works as a juvenile probation officer there for juveniles. It is heartwarming to see someone who truly has and interest and loves young people take on a projects like this by making a difference by redefining beauty pageants as such a high level in the pageant industry.
Attached is her Letter of Acceptance and Press Release sent to Nicole. If you would like to sponsor her publicly FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES PLEASE CALL JENNIFER GILLESPIE AT (425) 346-2952 IMMEDIATELY SO YOU CAN BE RECOGNIZED IN THE PRESS RELEASE!

We would personally like to congratulate you on your acceptance and wish you the best of luck in this year's competition. We are looking forward to working with you at the Training Class, Personal Interviews, Rehearsal and during the pageant production.
We would like to take this moment to confirm all of the information you will need for your Training Class that is scheduled to take place on Saturday February 2, 2013. The class will begin at 8:45AM and will last until approximately 12:00PM. The training class will be held at the Doubletree Hotel San Antonio located at 37 NE Loop 410. The phone number for directions is 210-366-2424. It is a good idea to be at least 30 minutes early so that you will have time to register and become settled before the class begins. Be sure to bring paper, something to write with, a pair of shoes that are similar to those that you may be wearing during the Formal Wear Competition, your release form signed by a parent or guardian and half of your sponsorship. You must have half of your sponsorship (approximately $247.50) to take part in the Training Class. Please remember that PERSONAL CHECKS will only be accepted at training class and will not be accepted on pageant weekend. You should have your name and/or ACC# listed on the bottom left corner of each check your submitting to insure proper credit. All sponsor names must be emailed to sanantonio@sponsornames.com prior to 11:59pm on Monday February 4, 2013 following the training class as stated in your information book. Be sure to have your full name and ACC # (as listed above) within the email that you submit. At training class, you must submit $25.00 toward photogenic if you choose to participate. If you have chosen to take advantage of the complimentary photo session with our photo artist, be prepared for your photo session that will take place at some point during your training class. As mentioned previously, the photo artist will then be responsible for supplying your photograph for the photogenic competition. Be sure to turn in your photograph during training class registration if you have chosen to submit your own photograph for the Photogenic Competition.
We have also enclosed a very important press release that has been produced in an effort to announce your acceptance to the general public. We recommend that you contact your community newspapers and provide them a photograph of yourself along with a copy of the actual press release. This will begin to produce a great deal of exposure for you within the community. It may be a good idea to approach any potential sponsors prior to distributing this press release. They may wish to commit to being your sponsor immediately in order to receive the media exposure that can be offered by including their name and information along with the press release. This is a great way to spark their interest in supporting you. We would not wait for the release to be published to look for sponsors, however, we would certainly recommend taking copies of it with you when approaching any future potential sponsors. We would be thrilled if you would pass on a copy to the Training Class Coordinator when you attend the Training Class.
If you have any questions regarding this information, please feel free to contact us at 1-877-403-6678. Once again, congratulations on your acceptance into the 2013 Miss Teen San Antonio Pageant.
Wishing You The
Best Of Luck,
Patty-
