The Future Project
Now a well-established yoga school in Southern Thailand, One Yoga recognizes its capacity and responsibility to give back to those who need it most. This is why we have launched The Future Project, focusing our efforts on supporting Thai orphanages and education institutes.
The project's name is straightforward, underscoring the idea that children hold the potential for tomorrow.
Our goal is to assist in improving the current living conditions of the most vulnerable ones through material support and spiritual practice, leading to a fuller, more promising future for all.
Dhammajarinee Witthaya School
Dhammajarinee Witthaya School (DWS) in Ratchaburi is a kindergarten-to-grade-12 residential school for over 1,000 underserved girls that is led by a remarkable Buddhist nun, Dr Aunampai Passakchai. Since 1990, over 5,700 girls have received a safe and loving home and free, high-quality education that helps bring them and their families out of poverty.
DWS focuses on developing the Buddhist values of compassion and service while nurturing the whole person to become a good citizen of society. In addition to the Thai national curriculum, students participate in daily meditation and yoga, life skills and leadership development, traditional Thai arts, STEM, and vocational training courses.
As a result, students thrive and 90% of graduates attend university . This is remarkable because in Thailand only 5% of low-income students attend higher education. Due to the vocational training, all students graduate with the skills and ability to lead self-sufficient, empowered lives.
DWS’s nonprofit, Dhammajarinee Witthaya Foundation , is under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and has tax-exempt status in Thailand. Please find out more about Dhammajarinee Witthaya School on their website: https://www.thaischool.org/ .

Our commitment to Dhammajarinee Witthaya School (DWS) centers around providing meaningful support to empower underserved Thai girls through high-quality education.
To bring this vision to life, One Yoga is committed to:
- Launching a Crowdfunding Initiative: A dedicated effort to provide financial support for the school. The first target is to raise enough funds to cover all direct student expenses for 10 girls for one year (11,152 USD).
- Raising Awareness on Social Media: Sharing the inspiring mission and impact of DWS to engage a global community of supporters and showcase the transformative power of education for disadvantaged girls.
- Financial Contributions: One Yoga match and double any amount raised during our donation-based Sunday Yoga classes, contributing 100% of the total to The Future Project, which allocates the funds to the organizations we support.
Our vision is to ensure these girls continue receiving a quality education rooted in values of compassion and integrity, equipping them to uplift their families and communities.
By supporting DWS, we help underprivileged girls stay on a path of hope and growth, saving those without a family from dangerous alternatives, and fostering a ripple effect that touches every life they encounter.

- Make a financial contribution. $96 covers all direct student expenses for a girl for one month; $1,152 covers all direct student expenses for a girl for one year. Every dollar counts.
