SUCCESS FOR THE CYCLE FOR OLLY [C4O] TEAM 2014!

For the third year running, cyclists took to the roads of Ontario in support of SUDEP Aware and its mission to reduce epilepsy-related deaths.

C4O takes place annually in honour of OLLY, the sister of SUDEP Aware’s co-founder Tamzin Jeffs, and ALL THOSE who have lost their lives to Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP).

This year’s 4-day, 350km, cycle trip started in London, Ontario, headed westwards towards Lake Huron and, after camping each night, followed the coast northwards to Tobermory.  See the route ...

Do, please, acknowledge and thank the team for all their effort in helping to raise awareness of SUDEP by making  a donation.   To do so, click on the orange 'Contribute' button above.

ALL funds raised by C4O 2014 will be used by SUDEP Aware to implement an Epilepsy Death Register.

Putting together this Register is absolutely critical for everyone living with seizures. It is only by gathering information about epilepsy-related deaths that it will eventually be possible to piece together the causes and identify robust preventative measures. The collection of this data will provide an important, much needed and valuable resource for researchers.

Your donation will help to make this Register possible and will greatly assist essential SUDEP research.  As always, we value and much appreciate your support. Thank you for your help.
