Attention to all that are advocates for justice despite age, race, or income!
My rights have been shredded in front of my eyes and I am reaching out to all to share my story in hopes to gain support against corrupt power-play and injustice.

My rights have been violated severely and I am here seeking aid to stand up against the corruption in the DA office and from senior police staff. I am listing out a few of my violations so that you can judge whether you deem the situation fair and reasonable.

If you find yourself questioning these past actions then PLEASE donate to my cause and/or reach out to the ACLU (American Civil Liberty Union) via email to notify them of this outrage. Together, through donations and voices, I hope that we can face this injustice head on!

Violation #1 - Since I was unable to afford an attorney, I was pushed into questioning which is a violation of one of the Miranda right's which states - "You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future."

Violation #2 - When I assigned a Public Defender, they did not address my case. A judge, 6 months later, asked them why no work was completed for which there was no answer.

Violation #3 - My father was able to cover funds to have me be released but after a week, due to power play, a senior member of the police force bribed the DA office and I suddenly had additional charges and my bond was revoked.

Violation #4 - ACLU was founded on the mission to "promote a fair and effective criminal justice system" - I was suffering from an injury and my health was ignored with a prescription of alleve. I was just told that I now need to have injury due to the damage. An effective system must also be a healthy one.

Here are just a few of the violations I have endured and I no longer will remain quiet.

What do you think about appointed lawyers when judges are questioning their work, delayed medical attention when you are in need, discrimination for lack of funding and corruption in a force meant to protect?
