Participation Authorization

I understand that I am expected to adequately prepare myself both mentally and physically for this challenge, and that I should notify Camp Casco immediately if this changes at any time. I understand that I am fully responsible for the planning and safety of the hike that I plan to undertake. I understand that prizes are earned by my fundraising efforts, and will be awarded based on my final fundraising total on June 19, 2026. 

Release of Liability

I hereby give consent for the individual named above to fully participate in all programs, events, and activities offered by Camp Casco. I understand the nature of the program, events and activities and my experience and capabilities and believe myself to be qualified to participate. I understand and acknowledge that participation in such programs could result in injury to program participants. I fully accept and assume all risk and responsibility as a result of my participation. I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Camp Casco, Inc., or the officers, instructors, employees, Board Members, volunteers, donors, contractors and agents of the company (“Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of actions whatsoever for personal injury, harm, loss, damage and/or damage to personal property that may occur while participating in Camp Casco, Inc. programs and/or while on any premises where Camp Casco, Inc. is running activities, whether or not owned, rented or managed by Camp Casco, Inc. I further agree that if, despite this release I, or anyone on behalf of me, makes a claim against any or all of the Releasees, I will indemnify and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage or cost any Releasee may incur as the result of any such claim.

Photo Authorization

I understand that Camp Casco, Inc. may use any pictures and/or video of me participating in events and programs that I provide. Unless I notify Camp Casco in writing to the contrary, Camp Casco, Inc. may use my photographs, images and/or likeness for any print or web advertising or other promotional purposes. I authorize the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage and/or distribution of said photos, videos and sound recordings without limitation at the discretion of Camp Casco, Inc. I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have for any such use or publication. I hereby release Releasees from any and all liability from such use and publication.

Code of Conduct

I understand that Camp Casco, Inc. have rules and policies set in place to provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere. In registering for, and participating in, the programs and services provided by Camp Casco, Inc., I understand that I, as well as any other members of my team, must adhere to and follow any rules and policies as well as terms and conditions set forth by Camp Casco, Inc. At the discretion of the owners, management and/or staff, Camp Casco, Inc. reserves the right to deny participation in the program to anyone.
