Urgent Fundraiser: Help Afghan Refugees in Pakistan Avoid Deportation

We are urgently seeking to raise $3,500 to help a group of Afghan refugees who are currently stuck in Pakistan. These incredible individuals risked their lives by working alongside the U.S. and are now facing imminent deportation back to Afghanistan due to expired visas. If they are sent back, their lives, especially the lives of the women and girls in the group, will be in grave danger. All of the members of our group are waiting to have their US cases processed to come to America.

The situation is dire. The Taliban regime has subjected women and girls to horrific human rights abuses, and these refugees are terrified that they will be subjected to violence, forced marriages, and other unimaginable atrocities if sent back to Afghanistan. They have already suffered so much and are now in danger of losing everything.

The $3,500 will cover the immediate costs for renewing their visas and keeping them safe in Pakistan for a little longer, while we continue working toward a long-term solution. This group has shown immense resilience, but they cannot do this without our help.

We need your help today to save lives. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference and will go directly toward keeping them safe and preventing their deportation.

Additionally, we have a Hazara woman in critical condition, suffering from third-degree burns affecting 30% of her body, who is also among those in need of visa renewals. Any leftover funds will be allocated directly to her life-saving medical care.
