Daisy is a sweet 4 month old puppy who was brought into Cherokee Emergency Animal Hospital after she jumped out of her owners' car while they were driving and was hit by another car. The impact severely broke her femur, which will require surgery to repair it properly. Daisy's owners are only 19 years old and could not afford her medical bills. We had a foster step up and her owners agreed to sign her over to us so we could get her the medical care she needs and find her a home that is able to care for her. Daisy will have surgery on Monday, August 18th to repair her broken leg by pinning her femur. She will possibly require a fixator and bone plate but we will not know until Dr. Leathers is able to inspect it further. She will also be spayed, microchipped, dewormed & fully vaccinated before she is available for adoption. Please consider donating to help us with Daisy's medical care.

We need $950 to cover:

  • Hospitalization Surgery to repair broken femur
  • Medications
  • Spay
  • Vaccinations
  • Microchipping
  • Deworming
