We are on the final push to complete Rosario's home!  All donations are generously being matched by Walt and Roxane!!  They leave the resort on Monday and we would love to have the fundraiser complete by then if possible!! 

Thank you to those who have helped Rosario so that she can get a home.  We are now helping with Phase 3.  She is so happy because she didn't think she could even start for at least 5 more years.  

Most of her friends on the resort know that Rosario is a hard-working, single mom who works at Azul. She is know for her excellent service! 

She has been saving for many years (plus got a bank loan) to raise funds to purchase land to build a home. 

Rosario has 2 young sons.  She is building in the area where her sons are cared for by their grandma when she is at work. 

This is what was completed in Phase 1.

And Phase 2.  The overabundance of rain definitely slowed this phase.  

We are now working to help with Phase 3, the final phase of the project.  This will include parging (the finish on the walls) which is costly but necessary, the floor, windows and doors, electricity and plumbing and paint.  

If you can help, it would be sooo appreciated.  Of course all donations qualify for a charitable tax receipt.  Share her story with your guests.  I did that at dinner the other night and my guests offered to donate $2000!  Amazing.  And they had never met Rosario.  So you never know!!
