3 Years running
I am gearing up to run my third Hood to Coast relay on August 22-23. Last year was amazing and I look forward to the same this year, running leg #1! Our team this year, Survive and Thrive to Coast, is looking to finish in 37 hours.

I am gearing up to run my third Hood to Coast relay on August 22-23. The last two years were amazing and I look forward to the same this year, running leg #1! Our team this year, Survive and Thrive to Coast, is looking to finish in 37 hours. I am looking for donations to help cover costs of the race, food, van rental, gas, lodging, etc.

This year, if you donate at least $10 per leg ($30 or more) I will write your name (or in honor or in memory of someone else) on my arm or leg for the entire race. Pictures will follow :)

Portland area friends and family: if you would like to come out and see me run, the best place would be when I run through Portland on Friday evening. I start, estimated at 9:50pm, under the Hawthorne bridge and cross over the Willamette River heading northwest. Here is the map http://www.hoodtocoast.com/files/course_leg_13.pdf

Known as "The Mother of All Relays", Hoot to Coast (HTC) is the largest relay in the world. There are 1,050 teams. The race spans 198 miles, from the top of Mt. Hood to the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean in Seaside, Oregon. The race consists of 36 Legs. Each runner is required to complete three of the 36.
