There is very little hope for improving my day to day life except for one specific treatment which has had a very high success rates (over 90%). Unfortunately I can not get this treatment in Canada. Please read my story... More ...

My Story...

I am looking for help to fund a treatment for my Multiple Sclerosis (MS) with Dr. Arata in California. Dr Arata has performed over 2,000 procedures with a clinical success rate in excess of 90% with patients reporting symptom relief during & after the procedure for those who meet their criteria (which I do). CCSVI TVAM is known to have relieved many from MS symptoms and has given them back their lives.

I was thrilled to learn about the life changes this procedure could bestow upon me, because the quality of my life has deteriorated considerably in the last couple of years. But funding is not available and it is hard to admit that I've lost everything I had.

In late 2008 I lost my home, business and financial security. Before I could get back on my feet financially I was diagnosed with MS just prior to my 50th birthday in 2010. My symptoms including chronic fatigue and weakness were quite severe right from the start and I have been unable to work since.

I so badly want to go back to work and be able to also enjoy my 5 Grandchildren. These days you can find me at home 24/7 in a tiny apartment sitting on my bed or on my couch with my computer on my lap.  Home care workers come in twice a day to help me. It's a very poor quality of life. I also had been showing/breeding Cocker Spaniels as a hobby/passion but had to find homes for all but one of my beloved dogs.  My one remaining dog is now living with a friend and I miss him so much.

I recently had to begin using my walker full time because of balance problems, weakness and being more unstable on my legs.  I can only manage to walk about 100 feet with my walker on a good day.  I also have a symptom called "cold intolerance" so I have to stay indoors and keep my heat turned up in the winter or my other MS symptoms flare very badly.

So, as you can imagine, I became very hopeful when I started learning about this possible treatment. This procedure is done everyday in Canada but not for people who have MS, so I can not get it here.

When I found out that many of my fellow 'MSketeers' have been able to raise funds to go abroad to get this procedure done, I began to think I should try too. And, so, here I humbly ask for your assistance.

Please help me get back some quality of life with the symptom relief this procedure is hoped to provide.

I would be so grateful for any donation you can afford, no amount is too small. If you can not afford a donation you could help by sharing this  and spreading the word on my behalf. Anything you can do will be very deeply appreciated.

100% of your donation goes towards  the cost for tests, Drs consults, treatment, aftercare tests & consults, flights & hotel plus Fundrazr and Paypal costs and run about $16,000 US.

Thank you so much for reading my story and for your compassion.

A friends treatment experience...

Denise Baillie  "What I like about this place is that it gave me back my life and then some! Before treatment I was at the point where I was ready to concede defeat and get a wheelchair; Dr Arata at Synergy treated me May 1, 2013 and instead of that wheelchair, I got myself a bicycle for Mother's Day! I went from not being able to stand for more than 5 minutes at a time to being able to be on my feet, walking and climbing stairs all day! I feel better than I did 30 years ago at 16!"
