King Henry's walk is a respite centre for adults with learning difficulties which means it's a place that they can go to stay when their carers or parents need a break.

They desperately needed some new equipment and one parent stepped in and put £2000 on her cards to pay for it, now they're trying to make it back!

To help raise money Richard Halliday (who I am a support worker for), Perry, Rosie, Adam and Justine - all adults with learning difficulties who I have come in to contact with are doing a sponsored swim and walk. They asked me if I knew anyone who'd sponsor them so I thought I'd put it out there.

So I'm doing the sponsored swim with Richard (I think it's 26 laps which is quite far for these guys) and if you feel like throwing a pound or two our way it's a good cause and will be much appreciated!
