On June 5th, Aldo DiStefano and his Ole Lady (passenger) were riding south on Main Street, in Monroe NJ. A driver, going north, in a pickup truck turned left in front of Aldo’s Harley. Aldo tried to avoid hitting the truck by swinging right but crashed into the passengers door. He and his Ole Lady were both thrown from the bike. She landed in the bed of the truck and he landed, up to, about 20 feet away from the impact onto the street. Both were airlifted to a hospital where, as of June 14th, Aldo was listed in Critical but stable condition. He obtained many injuries from a broken jaw to broken legs. Aldo is a tattoo artist and sadly both his wrist were broken in this horrible accident. To make matters worse, as many of us know, insurance in that field is almost unheard of and again sadly he falls into the unheard of. So, with no health insurance and his most important tools in his field not available for use he is going to need our support.

I’m asking all of the SFMC followers to donate as little as a dollar towards helping a fellow rider out in his time of need. SFMC has close to nine thousand followers and the goal is for $1000. I know we can do that plus. We all understand that times can be rough so if you can't meet the minimum required amount ($5), for the site, maybe you can group up with a few people and donate together. None of us know when something will happen to us but knowing that a community of fellow riders gave a moment of thought says so much. By just giving a small donation says he is in your thoughts and in you heart. Please remember as a artist the most important tools he has are his hands and they will be out of commission for some time…he needs all the support we can give to him.
