FORMER DEATH ROW DOG DANA WENT TO VET 02/27/13, & IS HW+. ONLY $200 IS NEEDED FOR HER TO COMPLETE HW TREATMENT! ~Dana was on Death Row at Lumpkin County Animal Shelter in Dahlonega, Georgia, and was given a second chance by an adopter in North Carolina last summer (2012). The night before she was scheduled to leave on transport, the adopter backed out, and she was left with nowhere to go. She was placed with a foster family until it became known that she was not being taken care of as she should be, at which time she was brought to Happy Dog Fat Cat Boarding in Dawsonville, Georgia. She is now being boarded at no cost by Happy Dog Fat Cat, and began her HW treatment in early March. Funds are needed to assist with her remaining medical expenses. If you prefer to make your donation directly, please let me know and I will provide the contact information of the vet for you to do so. Dana is among the Forgotten Dogs of Dahlonega, Georgia, dogs who made it out of the shelter alive, only to be forgotten by committed "rescues" and/or ""adopters," and abandoned once again. These dogs deserve the chance to live out their lives with a forever family that will love and appreciate them for what they have been through and what they will become. She is being well cared for by Happy Dog Fat Cat, but really needs to find a family of her very own, and she can't do that until she is HW free. Please help me help Dana and The Forgotten Dogs of Dahlonega, by sharing her story and donating to her care. Together we can give this girl the second chance at life that they deserve. ~Never claim "rescue" unless you are willing to follow through until the very end...whatever that end may be. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT WHAT YOUR DONATION WILL BE USED FOR, PLEASE EMAIL ~dahlonegadogs@yahoo.com~ THANK YOU FOR YOUR ON-GOING SUPPORT!
