John Simcock sustained a head injury in August 2012 which resulted in him falling into a coma. In October 2012 he was transferred from Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham to The Neuro Disability Centre, Hucknall. This Centre has been great in supporting him and his family (as well as other adults and their families in similar situations). Dad had been a very active man up to that morning in August, we did not even know centres like this existed before. Please help me to raise funds to help this wonderful Centre and its highly motivated staff in order that they can continue the work that they do. Your sponsorship and donations can help to buy equipment for music therapy and a visual field projector. Please be as generous as you can.
On Sunday 2nd June my 8 year old son and I will be running the Great Midlands Fun Run (8.5 miles) then on Sunday 30th June I will be attempting to run the very hilly North Devon Marathon.
Thank you for your support.
