Pat is a retired, over the road trucker lady. (Animal Rights Activist, Transporter & Foster Momma) She has transported fur babies from Cal. to Jersey in her 18 wheeler via ‘Operation Roger’. For health reasons can no longer drive 18 wheelers and decided to do something else she loves with Sallie.
Pat and her, best friend, Sallie Culley, can drive 600-700 miles + a day. We just cannot furnish the fuel, .30 cents per mile round trip would pay for fuel & oil changes/tires ( all trips start in Rockingham, NC) , (Plus any tolls) & hotel room if trip is over 500 miles one way, We ask for $10 per hour delay fee & $20 per additional stop other than First pick-up and FINISH. We can talk about each individual transport, ANYTIME! 24/7 ** Combined transports are welcomed** (to keep cost down.)
We are ready to roll within 1 hour of confirmation.
Sallie has worked with animals for the past 30 years and cares for the safety & health of these babies, (Nursing ,Dressing wounds and/or medication is offered in Route)
We would NOT stop overnight with the babies, as this would cause stress & delay, We transport newborn and sick animals and make sure they are taken care of while in transit. (All animals are checked EVERY HOUR. * If you wish to reserve a date. The cost is $20 deposit, if the trip has to cancel, the $20. is applied to another date within 7 days of the original date, otherwise this is forfeited!
The vehicle is insured and Pat is licensed to drive anything (class A CDL) She also has an excellent driving record! **We have a 1998 black Silverado Pick-up with extended cab. BUT would like to purchase a used van, so the fur babies are sheltered and comfortable! ! ! (We can transport quite a few Fur Babies, our highest number to date is 25 in one transport), (62 in one week!) The vehicle gets 15 mpg and with the price of fuel at $ 3.75 (give or take 5 cents) We are really not making anything, but we will be doing something we love to do and helping all 4 legged Fur Babies get a FREEDOM RIDE.
We have completed transports for LaMancha Rescue (in PA), (Josephine), Rainbow Rescue, (Nancy Seever), Fur-Ever Homes Rescue (Kelly Martin), Critters4U Rescue, Almost Home Rescue, Where Hope Lives Rescue, Friends of Freddie Pet Rescue & Eagles Den Rescue.
""Our Mission”” is to have every person care for one fur baby, be it monetarily, physically or by volunteering. We can save them from abuse, neglect, euthanasia, or at least give all we have. We will connect with as many organizations & people as humanly possible to save the ones that are up for adoption or fostering. We may be the only voice these 4 legged babies ever have.

If medical exams are required for state crossing, it is the responsibility of the organizing Rescue to see this is done or accept the responsibility of any fines!
DONATIONS ARE WELCOMED AND VERY MUCH APPRECIATED & NEEDED!
We are not a Business for Hire, we are volunteering our time, vehicle & experience.
Our email address is Wheels4paws4everhomes@aol.com, linked with PayPal.

If you would please pass this on to the Rescues & Shelters you know, we would appreciate it & so would the Fur Babies!

We would really like to have enough donations to purchase a used van and redo the inside so these fur babies can have their FREEDOM RIDE in comfort!
