Equipping young people as Digital Wellbeing Leaders
Why
While digital technology has revolutionized our lives, excessive social media and device use is a contributor to a disruption of healthy adolescent development, the surge in children's mental health challenges, and a rise in loneliness. These generation-defining issues cannot be ignored. The US Surgeon General has called the impact of social media:
We are on a mission to change the trajectory of technology-inflicted harms to young people with a BOLD vision of young people thriving in a digital age.

- Schools

How
Equipping adults and young people create thriving Digital Wellbeing Communities.
Where
We’re based in St.Paul/Minneapolis, MN. We successfully passed the first Digital Wellbeing Bill in the nation in 2021 that provided 1 million dollars to LiveMore ScreenLess to advance four projects: an online resource library, a network of organizations, training and professional development for educators, and youth engagement and education. During this time, we were a direct - service organization learning and piloting our approach and services. Our current model is a sustainable and scalable model utilizing a train the trainer approach that can amplify digital wellbeing and youth voice across the country and across various youth serving organizations: schools, camps, clubs, and colleges!
Your support means we are better able to meet what the US Surgeon General has called "the issue of our time" by providing young people the tools and resources to thrive in a digital age!
Who
Compassionate and curious educators who have gained Digital Wellbeing expertise by examining the research around the intersection of tech use, learning and wellbeing and by dedicating themselves to listening to and partnering with young people and educators.
