Series of earthquakes hit Indonesia
Sunday, July 14th Magnitude 7.2 earthquake hit the southeast of Ternate in North Maluku province, killed at least two people, damaged hundreds of houses in 481 villages of seven sub-districts, prompting 2000 people to flee into temporary shelters. The earthquake was followed by at least 52 smaller aftershocks.
Two days after the earthquake in North Maluku, Magnitude 6.0 earthquake hit Bali on Tuesday, July 16th, damaged structures of schools, government offices, mosques, temples, and shops. The earthquake that followed by at least 8 aftershocks also happened to be felt in Banyuwangi, East Java, and the neighboring islands of Lombok.
Actions
Since July 14th ACT and Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia (Indonesian Volunteerism Community) responds to the humanity calls of the earthquakes, reaching for the affected areas, helping to evacuate, collecting victim data, and building the shelters.

The collected fund would be spent on food packages in the amount of IDR 5,000,000 (USD 358.62) that will be distributed to 10 families and covers food supplies in a month.
