Dachshund Rescue South Florida hasn't added a story.
Sweet Heath has had way more than his share of pain and discomfort in his short one year life....DRSF welcomed our 218th dog of the Class of 2014 and like so many before him, he was out of options as his condition would almost ensure that he would not be adopted.
When we saw his face and how much discomfort he was in, we scooped him up and got him immediately to Dr. Wemen at Everglades Animal Hospital to start treatment even before we had funds raised as we could not let him be one moment longer in the condition he is in than possible. He is resting comfortably with Quarantine Foster Mom Lauren this evening and should hopefully be feeling better in a couple days.
We need your help to cover Heath's care and be ready for the next little one that we know is not far around the corner. Will you help us make sure that we can continue to make doxie dreams come true?
