Most of you already know this, but for those who don't, I'll fill you in. I may not have given birth to Charlie, but he is definitely my baby. Due to being abandoned by his mother, I've had him since he was 1 day old. Much like a newborn baby, I had to bottle feed him every 2-3 hours, even during the middle of the night, until he was old enough to eat on his own. I had to stimulate his genitals with warm towels that would mimic a mother's tongue, in order for him to be able to go to the bathroom, until he was old enough to go on his own.

I could go on and on about how he wouldn't be here if it wasn't for me, but I'd rather get to the point. Charlie needs surgery to remove a rapidly growing tumor, and I need help paying for it. The cost is $400, but as most of you already know, as well, I have not worked since October 2012, and currently have zero monthly income, since my unemployment ran out. Plus, you all know the situation with my house, and the fact that I've been struggling, a lot, for the past few years, in general.

Knowing all that, you also know that it takes a lot for me to ask for help, because I am very stubborn. In fact, I turn down help often, because I don't want to burden anyone, even if they were the ones to offer. The point is, I never ask, but there's only so much bad I can take before admitting defeat, and unfortunately, I am at that point.

As you're reading this, just remember all of the times I've donated money to you, or one of your friends. I can't even count how many times I've donated $20+ dollars to someone I don't even know. For example, there was a time not that long ago, where I donated at least $20-25 to some random person's dog who needed surgery, because my friend shared the link on her Facebook page, hoping to help.

A sick kid in the hospital with bills that were piling up, a family who lost everything in a fire, a father who didn't have life insurance, and his family couldn't afford to bury him. None of these people I knew, but I helped out anyway, even when I could barely pay my own bills, or put food on the table. But I know all of you, and would help if you needed me to, and you all know how much Charlie means to me, so please, help me, help him. Thank you.
