I have served in the US Army for 22 years. As I neared retirement, I made plans for myself and my six children; four still living at home. Unfortunately, those plans fell through and we now face the threat of being homeless. I am heartbroken and overwhelmed. We have been fortunate enough to have family and church family that graciously have allowed us to stay with them. But, we do not want to be a burden and my children need stability.

I have found a nice house that is very close to the military base so I can continue to receive medical care for my severe health issues incurred during my 22 years of service.

I am asking for help with the security deposit and utility deposits. I have never asked for assistance before. But, I know that the very people I fought for and defended are loving and generous.  Thank You! for helping me care for my children as I start this new chapter in life.
