Yoshi was dumped in a shelter in Hamilton County Indiana back in February. Because he had a bite incident, he could not be placed on an adoption floor and was listed as rescue only. The shelter then searched for a rescue to take him. None would take a dog with a bite incident. Even if it was a careless obediance trainer who grabbed him by the back of his neck. The shelter did a wonderful job keeping Yoshi happy and teaching him many things in the 10 months he was with them. He was loved by all who met him. But time was having a bad effect on Yoshi. Some tough decision were going to have to be made. Keeping a dog forever kenneled is cruel and inhumane. I had enough of the foot dragging and contacted the shelter to get him out. Carol Raymond of New Leash On Life American Eskimo Rescue (NLOL) saw his plight too and offered to take him into her rescue. I made the 5 hour drive to get Yoshi and I have him now. He is a stunning, and sweet dog. He may even have a home waiting for him. I must fly him to Carol this weekend so he can continue his young life (he's 2 years old) in a home with love. Please consider joining me in this rescue, and donating to help with flight expences.
